The FRDM Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the cost of the return postage. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in original condition. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
Defective Product
Every FRDM products are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.Returns for defective products are free of charge for all customers.
Please send us an email describing the issue experience with the product the order number and joint a picture of the defective good at support@frdmeyewear.com
Product purchased on sale
- All items purchased on sale will be considered a final sale.
- Exception: recurring special offers such as our 15% OFF your first pair are not considered a final sale.
- Any sale over 15% will be considered a finale sale
- Product purchased on sale will be available for a store credit equivalent to the value of your purchase within 30 days upon the receipt of your order.
Prescription Glasses
- Every prescription glasses that is custom fitted with your prescription will be available for an exchange or a refund if bough at regular price or no more than 15% off.
- Exchange and Refund of prescription glasses will be subject to restocking fee following the lens chart below:

Returns Conditions
- All returned items must be unused, free of scratch, and complete with all original packaging
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- Every return items must be shipped with an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please make sure that the returns form has been approved with our team through our Return Center - without approval it may result in your return not being processed.
